Privacy notice

Last updated October 29, 2026. Applies to the DockProof test version.

In short: everything you enter, scan or photograph in DockProof is stored only on your phone. There are no accounts and no server that receives it. The developer can’t see your loads, locations, receipts or company details.

What DockProof stores, and where

This is saved in your browser’s storage on this phone. It isn’t uploaded, synced or backed up anywhere unless you download a backup file yourself.

What DockProof never does

When information leaves your phone

Only when you choose to send it:

Scanning

When you scan a rate confirmation or receipt, the text is read on your phone. The photo isn’t uploaded. The reading software is downloaded from the same website as DockProof the first time you scan.

The website itself

DockProof is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any website, Cloudflare receives basic technical details when your phone downloads the app’s files, such as your IP address and browser type. Page visits may be counted with Cloudflare’s privacy-friendly analytics, which uses no cookies and can’t see anything you type into the app.

Check it yourself

Open DockProof, use the scanner once, then turn on airplane mode. Everything keeps working, because nothing needs to be sent anywhere. If you’re technical, your browser’s developer tools (Network tab) will show no data leaving when you add stops or scan.

Testing safely

While DockProof is in testing, you don’t need to use real information. Made-up load numbers, a fake MC number and an old or sample receipt work fine for trying it out.

Deleting your data

Go to Settings and tap Delete all data on this phone. You can also clear this website’s data in your browser settings. Because nothing is stored elsewhere, that removes it completely.
